Head of Rent Collection, Spitalfields

Our client is looking for someone to implement and drive their new department in their hugely successful and fast growing lettings platform business. As this is a brand-new role so it will be completely your baby. Not only will you be responsible for the overall scoping of the proposition, but you will need to be hands on to deliver. They are looking for someone that can take an idea and run with it and someone that isn't fazed by challenge or ambiguity. The ideal individual must have exceptional knowledge of the Rent Collection process including deadlines/triggers, legal requirements & regulations. You must have significant commercial experience in the lettings industry, preferably Property mark Level 3+ and have exceptional knowledge of all aspects of the lettings journey from a process perspective. Including but not limited to GSC, EPC and EICR requirements, statutory notices, tenancy agreements, rent collection and much more. Working on partnerships with 3rd party integration Full ownership and accountability for the Rent Collection P&L Scoping out, positioning, and building the product proposition Working with their current and future customers to ensure they build a product that solves real problems Reviewing, understanding and applying the ever-changing legislation to this new product Working closely with Customer Success, Operations teams and Finance teams Building a deep understanding of the company platform Launching the proposition once they have beta/stress tested What they offer….
