Monday to Friday: 9:00-6:00pm

1 in 3 Saturdays: 9:00-1:00pm

About You

Are you knowledgeable when it comes to estate agency? Do you have excellent customer service skills? Do you strive off initiative and common sense? This role could be for you. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the whole sales process and have a proven track record of business winning and valuing. Confidence is essential as you want to build rapport with customers and have a genuine love for helping people.

This is a multi-award-winning Estate Agent that operates from a network of offices throughout Oxfordshire. They have a lot of experience within the local market and pride themselves on putting customers first. This role needs someone with good IT skills, attention to detail and that is good at prioritizing workloads, as sometimes your day could be a bit hectic!

 

This agent gets lots of recommendations from past clients. The managers are visible throughout the offices which helps maintain the rapport in the office. There are annual company events and days out to keep the staff / friend relationships flowing. There is very good staff retention within this company as the environment in the offices are one to remember. There is a specialist marketing team that produce daily social media posts, drone videos and unique property pictures. Role in a nutshell
 
  • Assist in achieving the branch targets
  • Accountability for delivering of both individual, and collective as a team, all branch objectives including profitability.
  • Confident in dealing with clients and customers in all aspects of estate agency, including market appraisals, property listings, sales progression, and negotiations.
  • Maintain all aspects of the marketing of new and existing properties
  • Responsible for the daily management of the sales office in the absence of the Sales Manager
  • Organised with strong administration skills required
  • Proven experience managing, leading and mentoring a team
