Basic: £50k

Commission: (7.5% up to £150k, 150-180k 15%, 180k+ 40% invoicing)

Location: Oxford

 

Hours and Holiday

Monday to Friday: 9:00-6:00pm

Every other Saturday

25 days holiday plus bank holidays

About You

Calling all RICS qualified and registered Chartered Surveyors (MRICS or FRICS) or AssocRICS Surveyors, this role could be for you! Are you wanting to be part of a dynamic and supportive team? This is an opportunity to become part of one of London’s biggest property providers. Do you have thorough knowledge of building pathology? Do you have the expertise to carry out survey and valuation for banks and building societies? You will need to be self-motivated and capable of taking initiative to work effectively and individually, who also can work ‘hands on’ as part of a team when necessary.

Role in a nutshell

  • Producing accurate and high quality valuation reports to lender and clients
  • Strong market knowledge and to keep up to date with market changes
  • Observing RICS regulatory requirements and be aware of changes
  • Understanding the company policies and procedures
  • Provide a high level of customer service
