The role in a nutshell
· Generate, arrange ad carry out property viewings
· Build and maintain long term relationships with buyers and sellers
· Ensuring consistent delivery of high customer service levels
· Put the customer at the heart of everything you do
· Booking in mortgage and conveyancing leads (for additional commission)
· Maximise sales income by securing sales that follow through with completion
· Negotiate on offers
· Provide vendors with honest and respectable feedback
