Sales Negotiator

Basic: £17-22k

OTE: £35-40k

Locations: Ramsey


Hours and Holiday

Monday – Thursday: 8:30-5:30pm

Friday: 8:30 – 5:00pm

1 in 3 Saturdays: 9:00 – 5:00pm

20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

This agent has a comprehensive marketing strategy but continue the old-fashioned way of estate agency. They also do a lot of community work to raise money and awareness for local charities. Supporting various local and regional organisations is something they pride themselves on.

 

 

The role in a nutshell

  • Generate, arrange ad carry out property viewings
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with landlords
  • Ensuring consistent delivery of high customer service levels
  • Put the customer at the hart of everything you do
  • Booking in mortgage and conveyancing leads (for additional commission)
  • Maximise sales income by securing sales that follow through with completion
  • Negotiate on offers
  • Provide vendors with honest and respectable feedback
