Hours and Holiday

Monday – Thursday: 8:30-5:30 pm
Friday: 8:30 – 5:00pm
1 in 3 Saturdays: 9:00 – 5:00pm
20 days annual leave plus bank holidays

About you
You need to be a serious team player who is committed to providing excellent service and looks to further your career and strive to succeed. You won’t be afraid to be put out of your comfort zone and will also be the first to jump at a challenge. You will need to be proactive and want to push the business to new successes by generating new business, one of the main staff for the growth and development of the business. If you are motivated and confident, with great communication skills, this role could be for you.

The role in a nutshell
· Generate, arrange and carry out viewings of properties to let
· Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
· Ensuring consistent delivery of high customer service levels
· Efficiently dealing with landlord and tenant enquiries
· Tenant referencing
· Bringing new and exciting business to the market
· Business generation – creating opportunities to increase portfolio
