About you

So, you’re a successful Sales Valuer, maybe an Assistant Sales Manager for an estate agent in Clapham, and you want a shot of running your own team, and eventually branch in a new office? This new opportunity is for you. If you have operated in the Clapham area, can work well in a competitive, and targeted environment, have valued multi-million-pound properties, and if you know a little bit about lettings that would be great, but not a deal breaker. As much as you will be responsible for your team hitting their targets, you’ll have your own. This Estate Agency have big plans in the pipeline, and they will need you to help.

 

About the company

This Estate Agent operate in the Central and Southwest part of London and sell properties throughout. Their average commission fee is £15,000, but £30,000 - £50,000 fees aren’t uncommon either. They’re sales environment is not for the feint hearted, everyone is responsible for themselves to become a well-rounded estate agent, including doing their own valuations as this will unlock further commission structures. They have high expectations, but they also reward handsomely both career wise, and financially. Once the higher echelons of commission structures are hit, 6 figure earning potential is there for the taking.

 

The role in a nutshell

  • Accurately value properties, and win new instructions
  • Canvass, tout, and more, to increase brand awareness and valuations
  • Manage the sales team of 2-3 staff
  • Work with Senior Management for the successful roll out of the office
  • Train, guide and manage your expanding team
  • Ensure targets are hit, both branch, and individually
