About you

Being a Sales Administrator for an Estate Agent is the unsung hero of roles. You’re the glue that keeps the team and operations together, and the lubricant that keeps them running as smoothly as possible. So are you a Sales Admin for an estate agent already, or from an estate agency background where you have an understanding of the role? Have you got A1 organisation skills, strong written and verbal skills, an attention to detail, and being able to spin multiple plates at once… whilst prioritising effectively? Are you also comfortable throwing yourself out there, trying new things, and adapting to change? As all as having the confidence to hop on the phone to vendors and buyers?

The role in a nutshell

  • Absorbing the administrative tasks of the sales team to enable them perform better
  • Collating information from clients, anything from legal documents and certifications to particulars
  • Pulling all sales information together, producing memorandums and agreements and writing to all parties
  • Collating figures and data to help measure team performance and project growth
  • Producing and finalising property brochures, including photos, videos and descriptions
  • Linking up with the marketing and social media team to share details of unique properties and special features
  • Calling through the database to drum up new valuations for the team
