Full time
Estate Agency
£50000 - £70000 per annum
Looking for the autonomy to set up and run your own department/office and the security of a salary between £50k - £70k?

Perhaps you have always liked the look of the self employed models and think you would be great at it, but don't have the finances?

Maybe you are working for an agency in Oxford or the surrounding area as a branch or sales manager or even an assistant manager looking to take the next step and would relish the opportunity to show what you can do and build a new sales arm of an estate agency?
If this sounds like an exciting opportunity then read on...

We are working with an established lettings agent in Oxford with a very good reputation who are planning to open a sales division across Oxford.
They already have a good name in the area so whilst this would be a cold start and require the appropriate leg work, it will perhaps be easier than some other businesses without an already established local name.
They have already been successful in setting up a sales division across their offices in Thame and the surrounding villages over the last 12 months and are hoping to replicate that success in Oxford.

In this role you will have the autonomy to run the department your way with the support of the lettings branch and Thame sales arm. This means that you can manage your own diary, work from home at times and build your own dream team over time.

They really need someone with a proven track record for generating and listing properties across Oxford, so local knowledge is also important but the keen thing they are looking for from you is an ambition and drive to build a really siccessful sales business which you would be a part of.
As part of the recruitment process you will be required to produce a business plan which means that you need an element of business acumen and an understanding of what a successful sales division should be able to generate and cost.

The future opportunities for this position are genuinely exciting and with a roaring sales market there has probably never been a better time to embark on this type of role.

The hours are to be decided as the business requires it and you will be paid a basic salary for the first 6-12 months depending on when exchanges happen and a commission package will then be agreed which is realistic.

£50k -70k depending on experience.
