Monday to Friday: 9:00-5:30pm or 8:00-4:30pm (or a mix of both)
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and your birthday (extra for length of service)

About you
You will need to be super organised, an all rounder and have proven experience in people management and running an office and administration team. Having the ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative is essential for this role. You will be a great multi-tasker and have excellent time management and communication skills. Being able to work under pressure and adhere to time constraints will also help you fit in well to this team and manage then effectiviely. This role requires someone who has been responsible for the health and safty and facilites management of an office previously.

The role in a nutshell
  • Management of the reception team and office assistants (app. 4 – 5 people)
  • Tasks relating to companywide compliance and Health & Safety
  • Tasks relating to Office and Facilities Management for all branches
  • Administrative tasks relating to GDPR compliance
  • Creating and processing purchase orders for office equipment and stationery
  • Support the reception team with answering phones and live chat services during peak times ensuring the team achieve department KPIs
  • Ensure the smooth running of the head office reception team
  • Ensure all relevant administration systems are updated and maintained accordingly
  • Meeting and greeting guests whilst maintaining secure access to Head Office
  • Management of releasing keys
  • Book, maintain and manage meeting rooms
  • Supporting Senior Management with general administration & ad hoc tasks
