About the company
This company is, in our opinion, one of the best agencies in London and not just embrace but write the rule book for good estate agency culture, design, mindset, and growth strategy that it’s no wonder they won Estate Agency of the year recently. Led by a 'thick as thieves' pair of entrepreneurs this company are rewriting how to be successful in property and the results show both in terms of their growth and market share, but also in their staff retention and attrition. Taking inspiration from modern businesses outside the sector and turning traditional agency on its head by breaking ‘rules’. They have created a company where any agent aspiring to be great things should want to be a part of.
