About you

You will be a high performer who wants to deliver the best service for your clients and is passionate about consultative selling. You will most likely already work in either the proptech or the estate agency sector and have a sound knowledge of the industry and probably a network within the property space.

The key element of this role is getting past gatekeepers and building trusting relationships with decision makers, so any previous experience doing so would be a benefit.

You will have a passion for making the estate agency industry a better place and see the value in proptech both now and in the future of agency.

Self improvement will be important to you and you like to be aware of market trends, news and keeping up to date with the industry as a whole.

The role in a nutshell
The main purpose of the role is to generate new business.
  • Develop new business opportunities at all stages of the sales cycle to include targeting, prospecting and presenting compelling business propositions.
  • Work effectively with Decision Makers to develop long term strategic relationships.
  • Prepare and present powerful and persuasive sales presentations that effectively demonstrate the value proposition of the platform
  • Develop and maintain a deal pipeline to continuously grow the business and generate sales.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and ongoing support requirements.
