Nicola founded Broomham Recruitment after working in the recruitment and estate agency sector for over 15 years. 

Nicola spent her early career working as an estate agent for both corporate and independent agencies. She went on to work with a number of estate agents as a business consultant before embarking on a career in estate agency recruitment.

Early in her recruitment career it became clear that she worked differently from many other recruiters, and has a different approach to both her candidates and the relationships she builds with her clients.
