Working Monday to Friday with no weekends this would be a great opportunity for someone in estate agency to get their weekends back.

Our client is looking for someone to join their team in Marlborough as a land researcher. The ideal candidate will have previous estate agency background and know the value of new homes and land. They will require a good eye for detail, an interest in property and the housing industry as well as excellent computer skills including spreadsheets. Microsoft word knowledge would be desirable.

Responsibilities

Creating a database using the companies tech
Responsible for sourcing land opportunities and planning data
Getting in touch with potential sellers and developers via emails and letters
Maintaining relationships with house builders and developers
Answering incoming calls and generally helping out as required in the team
