Client feedback

As a business, obtaining customer feedback is an insight into what is working well about your service and what should be done to make the experience better. Their opinions help you ensure that the end product will actually meet their expectations, solve their problems, and fulfil their needs.

Over the past couple of weeks, we have contacted our clients to ask for their honest feedback on how their experience has been, what could we could improve on, and how we work differently to other agencies.

These 3 things came up more than anything else... 'Honest' - 48 clients 'Open' or 'transparent' - 52 clients 'Not like other recruiters, in a good way' - 54 clients There were lots of other ones too and also a few that have prompted us to change things and make it a better experience for clients, such as dedicated account managers and weekly stats calls so you know exactly how hard we are working on your vacancies. (We never profess to be perfect but always real)

We have taken all these pointers into consideration and we believe that knowing our client’s expectations will help Broomham move to the next level.

Most of us at Broomham come from an estate agency background and don’t have any prior recruitment experience so we decided to invest in some outsource training from someone who has 10 + years of recruitment experience. Even though we work differently to other recruiters, we have taken on board all the top tips that were suggested and will be moving forward.
