Director of Property Management, Bicester

You will be the director of property management running the whole property management team of 16 people across 9 offices in Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire, 5 of which are lettings, all under your guidance, with you supporting and leading them to do the job they do best.
You will be reporting to the senior management team which means you will have the autonomy to make decisions and run the ship your way all based on the knowledge and experience you have of running property management teams in the past.
With lots of growth and acquisitions, you will never be bored with this company as your role is likely to grow as the business does. They have acquired twice this year and are looking at even more growth, so there is plenty to keep you busy!
You will be qualified to ARLA and while having Reapit experience would be a benefit, its not a deal breaker. You also need a car as it’s a fair bit of traveling between the offices.
Qualifications and Experience:
Experience in property lettings and property management
ARLA qualified to a minimum of level 3
Well-developed written and verbal communication
Happy to take personal ownership for the quality and timeliness of work
A natural leader and able to work closely with the existing leadership team
Be able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
Proactive and helpful approach
Flexible and adaptable nature
IT literate - Reapit would be an advantage but not essential
Key tasks and responsibilities:
Manage and develop the property management/asset management team
Conduct - LL Satisfaction calls each month for each branch
Responsible for all property compliance alongside Head of Central Support
Internal/external communication of Legislation changes and requirements
Relationship Management & Build
Portfolio Growth & Retention
Ongoing Process Improvement
Maintain and develop relationships with front of house team
Prop Tech Enhancements
Keeping Landlords informed of legislation changes
Manage Inventory clerks and property inspectors improving relationships all the time.
Promote Training/Qualifications & CPD across team
·£45k Basic salary
·£5k Car allowance
·£10k Bonus/commission based on portfolio growth - £2.5k paid quarterly
