Property Manager, Bracknell
As a Property Manager your main aim is happy tenants and happy landlords.
You want to work for a company who's main aim is happy employees and this company's staff employee longevity is demonstrated with only 5 leavers in 5 years, most of which were retirement.
You will be working for a company who have a great office environment with over 20 employees in a single office in Bracknell and are near the shops for lunch or a lunchtime browse.
They are a friendly team which means that although you will initially be the only person in the property management team, you will have lots of people around to bounce ideas off and offer support.
As far as social side of work goes they have quarterly catch ups, summer and Christmas parties, Friday beers and weekly deliveries are regular thing.
The company is growing and looking at further opportunities in the industry meaning that we would expect this department to grow and there to be potential for you to be overseeing a more junior property manager over time.
They have won lots of industry awards recently and are recognised as being a high achievers.
The role will be to manage the whole property portfolio of around 200 properties so you will need to know what you are doing and have experience managing your own residential portfolio previously.
You will also have your own car as you will be expected to do property inspections.
As expected in this kind of role, you will also be looking after renewals and deposit releases.
They use CFP and FixFlow so any prior knowledge of these would be a help, but aren't essential as they will teach you the new systems.
If you don't already have your ARLA they will support you to get your qualifications.
You will be working from home 3 days a week and from the office 2 days a week for at least the first quarter of 2021.
Monday - Friday 09.00 - 18.00
20 days holiday plus bank holidays and an additional year for each year of service up to 25 days.
£25k - £30k salary depending on prior experience
