They are looking for a Lettings Manager to join their team in Stanmore. The successful individual must have at least 3 years’ experience as a Lettings Manager for a previous estate agency. They are strong on personal development so offer full training and will support you throughout your employment
Responsibilities in a nutshell
· Increasing the managed portfolio
· Managing a team of 4
· Helping to develop the team
· Gain new instructions and really work on building the portfolio
· Maintaining contact with clients after they have settled in to make sure everything runs smoothly
They offer 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays along with the chance to work from home once a week on whatever day you choose.
£24,000 with an OTE of up to £60,000 in the first year of employment. Reviewed after 12 weeks
The working hours will be Monday 08:30 – 18:00, Tuesday to Friday: 09:00 – 18:00 and you will be required to work 2 in 3 Saturdays: 09:00 – 16:30 which will give you 2 days in lieu to take when suits you.
