Our client is so forward-thinking in their culture, design, mindset and growth strategy that it’s no wonder they won Estate Agency of the year recently, and shortlisted for many others. Led by a 'thick as thieves' pair of entrepreneurs this company are rewriting how to be successful in property. Taking inspiration from modern businesses outside the sector and turning traditional agency on its head. They have created a company where any agent aspiring to do great things should want to be a part of.
They are in search of a Lettings Negotiator with previous lettings experience in the local market. You’ll need to be confident in managing your own workload but also happy to help and support the wider team. As a Lettings negotiator you will be responsible for liaising and negotiating directly with your landlords and tenants, so you need to be articulate, able to talk to all walks of life, be friendly and personable.
You also need to have good communication and organisation skills with a passion for property and for representing a reputable local company. It definitely helps to be ambitious, hungry to succeed and be an excellent team player who deals well under pressure.
What they offer…
Fun competitions and incentives, annual trips to Dubai, quarterly and monthly winners and days out, hilarious company Christmas cards, jäeger shot ring round sessions, the “wheel of prizes”, as well as Mindfulness coaching to help map out your personal ambitions and provide you with the best training in the industry. These are just some of the reasons they make working for them fun and mega rewarding too.
The office set-up is incredibly cool too; a living wall of plants (yes seriously), funky chairs, Apple laptops and a window display that wouldn’t look out of place in Selfridges. Plus, not a single window card or photo of a property!
You will receive a basic salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum and an OTE of £40,000. As well as this they also supply you with a company car. The hours will be full time working Monday to Friday 8:30 – 6 and every other Saturday 10.00-16.30.
This is an opportunity not to be missed.
