Our client is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join their Redhill team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1-2 years proven capability working within property sales valuations and instruction winning. You will be a leader, deliver great customer service skills and possess a full UK driving licence.

You will be working for one of the biggest estate agency groups in the UK that offer all their staff ongoing training and development. They pay a competitive basic salary which is negotiable depending on experience. The hours of work will be Monday through to Friday 8:45 – 18:00 and you will be required to work every other Saturday 9:00 – 18:00. You will receive 22 days annual leave + bank holiday and will increase to 27 days over 5 years of employment.
