Our client is looking for individuals to join their expanding Online Auction Concierge Team in Oxfordshire. The role will involve working alongside their partnership companies as well as building exceptional rapport with new and existing clients. Estate agency experience would be a benefit, but not essential as full training is provided. They are looking for a real go getter who wants more than average 9 – 5 and is interested in growing with the team as is expands.
Main duties of this role:
You will discuss the suitability of the property to make sure it meets the online auction requirements and advise the customer accordingly
You will be responsible for looking after a set number of clients and keeping them up to speed through the auction process, ensuring always the vendor is kept up to date and fully supported
You will be involved in a ground-breaking business that will change the way people buy and sell homes
Working from their newly built barn conversion in one of Oxfordshire’s loveliest villages
What you will get in return…
Not only will you be working at a brand spanking new office you will be receiving a fantastic basic salary of £18,000 - £27,000 per annum depending on experience. There will be a target threshold to hit, if you hit the target or exceed it, you will get a % of the income - so the OTE could be as much as £40,000 per annum in your first year of employment. The hours of work are on a rota basis and the shifts are: 8:30 – 17:30 OR 09:30 – 18:30! You will also receive 20 days annual leave + bank holidays.
