They are looking for a sales manager to join their team in Stanmore. The successful individual must have at least 3 years experience as a sales manager for a previous estate agency. They are strong on personal development so offer full training and will support you throughout your employment.

The main responsibilities are….

·Speaking to buyers to assess their needs and requirements

·Meeting with buyer at properties to show them around and answer and questions

·Negotiating offers

·Working as part of a team and individually to hit sales targets

·Dealing with phone and email queries

·Maintaining contact with clients after they have settled in to make sure everything runs smoothly

·Keeping your administrative records and database up to date

·Supporting colleagues when required

What will they offer….

You will be starting at an award-winning independent agent that are in the process of upgrading all their tech to the best in the market with a brand-new exciting website. They offer 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays along with the chance to work from home once a week on whatever day you choose. You will receive a fantastic basic salary  £25,000 with an OTE of up to £55,000 in the first year of employment. The working hours will be Monday 8:30 – 6pm, Tuesday to Friday: 9 – 6pm and you will be required to work 1 in 2 Saturdays: 9 – 4:30pm which will give you 2 days in lieu to take when suits you.
