Sales Negotiator, Brixton

Our client is an experienced team of developers with an exceptional track record. Their company formed in mid-2019, however their name has been known since the 1980's. Their new venture is specifically focusing on residential and PBSA development in London, the South East and other major UK cities. They are in the process of opening several independent branches soon in and around south east London as they expect their business to grow. They aren’t like your normal traditional suits and tie agency, they are all for the casual attire at work – jeans and t-shirt agency!

They are looking for a sales negotiator to join their brand-new office in Brixton which opened beginning of November. They are looking for an individual that knows Brixton like the back of their hand, is results driven, ambitious, and hungry to grow within the business. The ideal individual will not necessarily have estate agency background as they will train on the job. Having a driving license would also be ideal but not essential as most of the properties they deal with are within 1-2 miles of the office – the team at the moment go out on bikes and scooters!

Main responsibilities of this role

  • Booking viewings

  • Attending viewings

  • Feeding back to vendors

  • Diary management

  • Booking mortgage appointments

  • Solicitor referrals

  • General negotiating

What they will offer…

Not only will you be working for Brixton’s most casual agency, you will receive ongoing support and training and have the option to potentially, one day, be the Branch Manager! They are offering a basic salary of £16,000 - £18,000 per annum and an OTE of £25,000 - £30,000 in year one. The hours of work will be Monday through to Friday 8:30 – 18:00 and you will be required to work every other Saturday 09:00 – 17:00 (any Saturday worked you will get a day off in lieu to take). You will receive 21 days annual leave + bank holidays and they may look at suppling a pool car in months to come.
