Sales Valuer, Cheshunt

This agency caters for both sales and lettings in Cheshunt, Enfield, and the surrounding areas.

They are looking for a sales valuer to work within a team of 4 in Cheshunt. The ideal individual will have previous experience in the property industry and have a track record building the sales pipeline within a growing team. They are looking for someone who is willing to "muck-in” and in return you will join a team of fun dedicated Estate Agents and have the chance to grow with the business.

Main responsibilities of this role…

  • Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phones

  • Strong valuation skills

  • Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available

  • Matching customer needs for sale properties

  • Advertising properties online

  • Generating appointments for viewings and valuations

  • Canvassing/door-knocking

  • Showing people around properties in the local area

What they will offer…

You will be working for a fast paced, professional, friendly and family environment with the chance to grow with the business. Within 18 months of employment you could be running your own branch and be an official partner. They are offering a competitive basic salary of £20k with a steep OTE of £40k - £50k in the first year along with a car allowance. The hours of work will be Monday through to Friday 9am – 7pm and you will finish at 6pm 3 out of 4 Fridays. You will also have the option of working every other Saturday 9:30 – 5 OR every Saturday 9:30 – 1:30 which you will gain a day in lieu to take whenever you wish.
