Senior Sales Negotiator, Tower Bridge

They are a successful, independent Estate Agency based in SE1 looking for a key player to work as an integral part of the senior team to assist the business in fufulling the incredible untapped potential of residential sales in SE1.



The successful individual must be

  • Con?dent, professional, committed and highly motivated to succeed

  • Passionate about estate agency, the application of technology and the importance of people in the home buying and selling process.

  • Committed to personal growth and development within an exciting forward-thinking environment

  • Have excellent attention to detail, demonstrating good commercial acumen alongside a creative approach to business.

  • At least 3 years’ experience as a residential sales negotiator, preferably with valuing / listing as part of their role

  • An excellent communicator, with high levels of emotional intelligence and an ability to positively motivate a team you will help to build

  • Have experience in estate agency operations, able to demonstrate and articulate contribution to business growth.

  • A friendly and caring person, keen to develop themselves, their team and the business in a positive, constructive manner, while always maintaining and promoting a productive culture.


What the business needs from you:

  • A focused approach to ensuring personal sales revenue and profitability targets are achieved

  • Management of applicant database, in person viewings across the available sales stock, generating offers and agreeing with vendors, progressing sales through to exchange and completion

  • Ability to work independently, reporting results and KPI progress to the business owner, and Head Negotiator

  • Assisting in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that achieve brand awareness and new business.

  • Highest levels of professionalism to cater for a range of clients, from high net worth individuals, to developers, to individual vendors

  • Maintain and develop the highest of professional standards, engender a culture of customer care, development, learning and well-being.

  • Extensive knowledge of London residential markets, legislation, and compliance.


What they offer

Not only will you be working for one of the most successful agencies in South London, earning a competitive basic salary of £20,000 per annum you could earn up to £70,000 OTE in year one. You will have an exciting chance to earn a lot of commission and achieve rapid career progression. Hours are 9-6 Monday – Friday | 9.30-4.30 every other Saturday and flexible working is available.  You will receive 20 Days annual leave + Bank holidays.
